Rafael Urdaneta University
Rafael Urdaneta University (URU) is a private, non-profit higher education institution located in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela. Established in 1973 and named after Venezuelan independence leader General Rafael Urdaneta, the university is committed to academic excellence, research, innovation, and the development of socially responsible professionals. URU offers undergraduate programmes across engineering, agricultural sciences, and political, administrative and social sciences, as well as postgraduate programmes in several disciplines.
